THE DAVOS VENUE INTELLIGENCE DESK
A research-led shortlist of public room specifications, traced directly to each venue operator. Filter by seating format, uncover missing information and leave with questions worth sending to the venue—not another unsourced list of “best” hotels.
No live stock, rates, guarantees or endorsement. Operator-publication research only; source review 2026-10-27.
Theatre capacity is not banquet capacity. An attractive proposal is not a permission to build.
THE ROOM-LEVEL RULESOURCE-LED SHORTLIST
Some configurations share physical space. Divided and combined rooms cannot be added together. “Unknown” means the consulted source did not establish that capacity; it does not mean unsuitable.
Download the source-attributed room research (CSV) ↗ · Includes unverified-availability and unquoted-price columns, with a link to the operator for every record.

YOUR RESEARCH OUTPUT
Tick up to six configurations. This builder exports the exact documented fields and prompts for permissions, setup and contract checks. It runs locally in this browser and is not submitted to us.
Select configurations to build your shortlist.
Method: each listing has an operator-controlled source and check date. Numbers denote only that layout on that operator's page. “Source maximum” is not a claimed theatre capacity. Some split/combine rooms overlap. There is no live booking, contract verification or owned inventory here. If an operator has changed its facts, the operator's current page controls.
THE PROCUREMENT TRAP
You still need to establish the room's permitted use, availability for the exact date, contracted hours and all the costs of producing your event.
For January 2027, temporary installations and re-purposed spaces can have special requirements. An existing hotel event room, a divisible auditorium and a temporary branded structure should not be treated as interchangeable permits.
Read the documented 2027 permit constraints ↗Before making a decision, compare the final two written proposals through the venue due-diligence scorecard and build your actual-cost model.
SOURCE GOVERNANCE
THE NEXT BUYER DECISION
A published room capacity describes a layout under particular conditions. Commercial event buyers still need to verify exclusivity, allowed use and the full operating programme.
