04 / PRODUCTION · DAVOS CORPORATE EVENTS

Event production & content in Davos 2027An event worth experiencing. Content worth keeping.

AV, stagecraft, interviews, filming, executive content and operational production designed for constrained Davos schedules.

The best production is deliberately invisible until the moment it matters.

THE OPERATING PRINCIPLE

THE BRIEF

The reason to do it.

You want a polished live event with footage and material that remain useful after the week.

Well suited to

  • Executive interviews and content studios
  • Livestream or hybrid discussions
  • On-site branded experiences and daily coverage

DESIGN TO DELIVERY

Built with intent.

Three disciplines that protect quality when the calendar, guest list or venue conditions change.

01

Work backwards from the outputs

Identify target formats, edit deadlines, platforms and rights before committing to equipment.

02

Reduce on-site surprises

Plan power, audio, connectivity, backup equipment, permissions and run-of-show cues.

03

Keep the asset pipeline moving

Set approvals, consent, subtitling and version control so content can be released at the right pace.

WHAT WE COORDINATE

One accountable brief.

  • Technical production brief

Plan for what can change.

  • Connectivity and power need a site survey
  • Audio and image rights are not automatic
  • No claim of official event access or broadcaster accreditation

A PRACTICAL BUYER'S BRIEF

Production questions to resolve before load-in

Davos production needs more than a technical equipment list. The venue conditions, publication rights and people who can make decisions on the day should be built into the quotation.

01

What site information should an AV supplier receive?

Share floorplans, the event run of show, power availability, permitted rigging and signage, internet reliability, crew access and loading hours. Ask for a site survey, named technical lead, equipment substitutions and a recoverable backup for critical audio and connectivity.

02

Who owns the event footage?

Specify filming permissions, participant consent, licensed music, copyright, raw-file handover, editing rounds, captions, usage territories and retention. A video produced on site is not automatically cleared for unrestricted paid advertising.

03

How should proposals be compared?

Have suppliers price the same deliverables: crew days, setup, rehearsal, microphones, lighting, streaming, storage, editing, overtime, travel and breakdown. Request exclusions and cancellation terms on the same page as the headline quote.

FOUR DETAILS THAT MOVE A QUOTE FORWARD

  • Programme schedule and deliverables by publication deadline
  • Venue access, power, network and technical specifications
  • Expected speakers, languages, recording and usage permissions
  • Budget ceiling and resilience requirements
